The Dan Hull Memorial Classic hosted by the Triton College women's basketball team takes place Friday, Nov. 7 and Saturday, Nov. 8 at the gymnasium located in the R-Building at the Jordnt Athletic Complex.
The classic has been held since 2013 and for the last seven years has been named in honor of former Triton College women's basketball coach Dan Hull. Hull led the program to their only two NJCAA National Tournament appearances in 1993 and 94. The '94 team was national runners-up.
Hull died March 29, 2018 at the age of 75 after battling a debilitating pulmonary disease. Later that year, Hull was posthumously inducted in the Region 4 Hall of Fame. The classic is on Veteran's Day weekend as Hull also served four years in the U.S. Air Force, including two years in Japan.

Friday, November 7
Southwestern Illinois vs. Moraine Valley; 5:30 p.m.
Lansing (MI) vs. Triton; 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, November 8
Moraine Valley vs. Lansing (MI); 1:00 p.m.
Southwestern Illinois vs. Triton; 3:00 p.m.
Prior to the Triton game Nov. 7 vs. Lanisng Community College, the Proviso East High School Naval Junior ROTC will return once again to present the colors and the Leyden High School Chamber Singers will perform the national anthem.
Admission is $5.00 for adults without passes. Children 12 and under are admitted free.
