The Triton College men's soccer team is getting hot at the right time. The Trojans have won four games in row after a hard-fought 2-0 road win Oct. 18 at Madison College to improve to 8-3-2.
For the Triton, it was also their third consecutive win via a shutout.
In a match that saw the Trojans dominate possession,
Pablo Mancha broke the scoreless deadlock in the 75
th minute off an assist from
Paul Urban. Mancha would add an insurance tally five minutes with a penalty kick goal.
The sophomore out of Leyden is fifth in the region in goals scored with 11 and leads the region with four game-winning goals.
Michael Urias recorded the shutout in goal for Triton as the Trojans outshot the WolfPack 9-4. Urias is fifth in the region in goal against average (0.91).
