Despite an early start time and venue change, the Triton College men's soccer team notched its 10
th win of the season in a 2-1 win Oct. 10 at the College of Lake County in Grayslake.
The No. 17 ranked Trojans had to travel to Lake County for a 10 a.m. contest, instead of hosting due to a scheduling mix-up.
But Triton (10-1-2) was not rattled with all the changes as they jumped out to a 2-0 lead on goals from
Jose Cordova and
Kacper Kuczynski in the 22
nd and 75
th minutes. The Lancers (7-3-2) would strike late in the 88
th minute to make things interesting before running out of time.
Adam Jedrzejczyk recorded six saves in goal for the Trojans.
Mizael Arias and
Brandon Delgado assisted on the Triton goals.
The Trojans will be in the Milwaukee area on Wednesday (Oct. 14) to face Bryant & Stratton College. Game time is set for 4 p.m.
