The 2026 season will be Francisco Estrada’s third as the head coach of the Triton College women’s soccer team. Estrada also served as an assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s programs in 2023.
After narrowly missing the playoffs in each of his two seasons, Estrada has improved the depth of the roster to cultivate a competitive and winning culture in year three at Triton. “Put the work on the field and in the classroom.” Estrada says is the key to making sure that the team keeps itself focused throughout the season and school year.
Estrada played collegiate soccer at Kendall College in Evanston for three years before they canceled their sports program. As a junior, Estrada led the Vikings to their first and only Chicagoland Colligate Athletic Conference (CCAC) regular season title and to the regional playoff final.
As a coach in the Chicago soccer scene, Estrada has worked as a director for many clubs such as Park Ridge Soccer Club, Premier Soccer Club and Team Evanston. He has a US Soccer “B” License and other varies license from US Soccer Federation.
