Norman Kwong brings over 35 years of volleyball experience, playing and coaching in numerous venues throughout Chicago to coach Guy Lum's staff. Kwong has coached volleyball at all levels from seventh grade, up to the collegiate level, as well as 12U to 18U at the club level. "I enjoy challenging my players at any level, finding great joy at seeing them excel," he said.

Prior to Triton, Kwong was the head girl's varsity coach at Lane Tech High School for five seasons, amassing a 112-67 record, with his teams reaching the IHSA Regional finals each year.

In his spare time, Kwong enjoys playing volleyball whether indoors, on grass, or in the sand. Kwong earned a Master of Science Degree from Northeastern Illinois University for Cardiac Rehabilitation, and Exercise Science.
