Coach Lum has been coaching volleyball for over 20 years at the club, high school, and collegiate levels.  He believes that no one knows everything, including himself, and everyone can learn something new if they’re willing to actively listen. He has coached in various states and started a satellite program for an independent volleyball organization.

He helps student-athletes become better by using his comprehensive knowledge of volleyball and steering student-athletes to become well rounded individuals by equating life skills with sports. We will use efficient skill development, positive reinforcement, leadership training, behavioral style communication, and mental imagery to achieve higher performance.
