Drager enters her first season as assistant coach for the Trojans. She graduated from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois and played three years of collegiate softball there. Drager was the starting centerfielder for Monmouth. In her senior season, she ended with a 1.000 fielding percentage in CF and was a team leader in doubles, runs scored, and stolen bases.

In addition to assistant coaching at Triton, Drager is in her 3rd year as assistant coach for the Wheatland Spikes 16u Showcase travel team.

Drager majored in Biopsychology at Monmouth College and attended West Aurora High School in Aurora, Illinois.
